Thursday 12 November
📍 Minchinhampton

About this event
Matthew Teller traces Hanna Diab, the young traveller from Aleppo who told Aladdin in Paris in 1709. Finding Aladdin uses a manuscript in the Vatican to recover how Diab's life helped shape the tale and how his contribution came to be overlooked.
This seated author talk takes place in the Sanctuary Room at Brimscombe Mill. The site is mainly level with ramps, with disabled parking beside the Sanctuary and a ramped-access disabled toilet.
The driveway is opposite the Cotswold Canals Bookshop, marked by a large welcome sign. General parking arrangements are not confirmed, so check your travel plans before setting out.
Ticketed. Standard, ticket-and-book and pay-what-you-can options are advertised; book through The Yellow-Lighted Bookshop.
