These terms and conditions govern your use of the Cotswold Digest website (cotswolddigest.com) and related services. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

Cotswold Digest is a trading name of QA Myriad Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15907957). Our registered address is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

Use of the website

The content on Cotswold Digest is provided for general information about the Cotswolds region. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information (including event dates, opening hours, and prices) is complete or up to date. We recommend checking directly with venues and organisers before visiting.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving our weekly email and occasional transactional emails (e.g. a welcome email). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Our newsletter is free and we will never sell your email address to third parties.

Business listings

Business listings on Cotswold Digest are available on a subscription or one-off payment basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of QA Myriad Ltd.

Subscription listings (Standard and Premium) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Featured event listings are a one-off payment for the duration of the event promotion.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your listing, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@cotswolddigest.com and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

User-submitted content

When you submit an event or listing to Cotswold Digest, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to edit or decline submissions. Submitted content may be used on the website and in our newsletter.

Intellectual property

All content on Cotswold Digest (including text, images, design, and branding) is owned by QA Myriad Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Cotswold Digest is provided “as is”. QA Myriad Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, reliance on its content, or any transaction with a business listed on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Competitions and prize promotions

From time to time, Cotswold Digest runs competitions and prize promotions. The following standard terms apply to all competitions unless otherwise stated in the specific competition listing.

Eligibility: Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless otherwise stated. Employees of QA Myriad Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: Entry instructions are set out in each individual competition listing. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Closing date: Each competition has a stated closing date. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
Winner selection: Winners are selected at random from all valid entries, unless the competition states otherwise (e.g. a judged category). The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
Winner notification: Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry within 14 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize: Prizes are as stated in the competition listing. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Data: Entry details will only be used to administer the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required to deliver the prize (e.g. sharing a postal address with a prize partner).
Promoter: QA Myriad Ltd, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. Competitions are administered by Cotswold Digest (cotswolddigest.com).

By entering a competition, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition at any time. For queries about a specific competition, contact hello@cotswolddigest.com.
