About this event
Ali Ray's art documentary explores love, friendship and human connection in Renoir's paintings. Made with the National Gallery in London and the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, it brings the exhibition into the Goods Shed cinema through detailed views of the works and expert commentary.
The film is expected to run for around 90 minutes, with the final running time still to be confirmed. Check current age guidance before booking for children.
Doors open at 6.30pm for the 7pm screening. CEA Card bookings must be arranged through the venue office on 01666 505496.
The ground floor and accessible toilet are step-free, and cinema screenings have a hearing loop. Floor-level wheelchair spaces are available, while the raked seating has steps; contact the venue before booking to arrange access.
The adjacent Old Railyard long-stay car park is free and shared with other visitors, so allow time to find a space. Names can be checked at the box office, and printed tickets are unnecessary.
The close-up views offer time to study colour and human relationships within the pictures. Expert commentary places those details in the work of a founding Impressionist.
Ticketed. Book in advance.
