Around About Dusk: Folk, Jazz and Roots

Folklore, New Orleans jazz and a little macabre humour

Around About Dusk bring original songs to Tetbury Goods Shed, mixing musette, New Orleans jazz, blues, old-time and European folk with vocal harmonies. Their set moves through cabaret, chanson and early jazz, with stories about wonder and nature alongside familiar folklore and a little macabre humour.

The Bristol five-piece grew from a journey through New Orleans, European busking festivals and campfire shows in England. Their debut album, Sweet Old Fables, is due in 2026 with support from Help Musicians, and the project centres on original songs, eclectic instrumentation and storytelling.

Doors and the licensed bar open at 6pm, with the show starting at 6.30pm. A small selection of tables can be booked for two or four people, and the free Old Railyard car park next door has standard and disabled spaces. The venue lists accessible ground-floor facilities and floor-level disabled seats, while standard seating is raked, so ask the box office about this show's layout before travelling.

Ticketed. Book through Tetbury Goods Shed.
