About this event
Cellist Caroline Simpson and pianist Claire Smith return to the Goods Shed for their third consecutive year of afternoon music. Their chamber programme includes Bach, with the cello and piano sharing the focus in an informal daytime concert.
Simpson teaches cello to children and adults in Stroud and trained as a music therapist. Smith combines piano with dance projects and teaching, and the pair first met on a chamber music course.
The Whistle Stop Café will be open for tea, coffee and cake, with tables and chairs arranged for the concert. Bring a friend or settle in to hear how the two instruments work together.
The hall and accessible toilet are on the ground floor, while the raked seats involve steps; ask about floor-level seating if needed. The adjacent Old Railyard Long Stay Car Park is free and shared with other visitors, so allow time to park.
Ticketed. Book through Tetbury Goods Shed.
