Twinkle Twinkle @ St Laurence: Shambles Hall

A little starlight, then time to stay and play

The Last Baguette's Twinkle Twinkle takes young audiences into the longest night of the year, as woodland animals gather to celebrate the solstice. Jane Taylor's poem The Star inspires a gentle theatre adventure with original music, puppetry and jokes.

Created for children aged 2 to 6 and their grown-ups, the show lasts 45 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of stay and play. Younger and older siblings are welcome, so families with mixed ages can come together.

Shambles Hall has ramped access and an accessible toilet with a baby-changing mat. Contact the venue about additional access needs, including hearing-loop support, which depends on the sound system used for the performance.

Church Street Short Stay car park is next door, with five disabled bays; Parliament Street Long Stay is a five-minute walk away on a steep hill. Book ahead and give your surname at the door without printing tickets.

Ticketed. Book in advance.
