Garden Stories: creative drop-in activities celebrating 10 years of the Walled Garden

Turn your garden memories into drawing, writing and making

Periscope artists Alison Cockcroft and Emily Joy invite you to share memories and hopes for the Walled Garden through looking, drawing, writing and making. The drop-in marks ten years since the garden opened, so your own connection to it is part of the activity.

The activities follow the garden cycle from seed and growth to compost, with the volunteers and other living things that keep it going part of the story. Stay briefly or spend longer with the artists during the three-day celebration.

The museum opens from 10am to 4.30pm on these Tuesday-to-Thursday dates, with the main Stratford Park car park a short walk away. Accessible parking is directly outside the museum, and the venue has an accessible toilet.

Free drop-in; donations welcome. Begins Tuesday at 10.30am and ends Thursday at 3.30pm; check with the museum for daily activity hours.
