Make a card, follow a trail, join the carols

Winter crafts, stories and songs fill the Museum in the Park for this festive weekend. Make cards and gifts by hand, browse the Museum Shop or follow one of the free family explorer trails through the collections.

Sunday morning brings carol singing to the programme. The museum occupies a Grade II listed mansion dating from 1674, with a gallery and Walled Garden to explore alongside the seasonal activities.

There is step-free access and free parking in the main Stratford Park car park, followed by a gently sloping walk of about 260 metres. Accessible bays are available outside the museum via the signed barrier route.

General museum admission is free and donations are welcome. Check the daily craft timetable, any separate activity charges and booking arrangements with the museum before travelling.
