Create a Seasons Mosaic Workshop (ages 5+)

What would a Roman winter look like?

Children aged five and over can explore the seasonal themes in Roman British mosaics, then colour and create Spring, Summer and Autumn medallions. The missing Winter medallion is theirs to invent, giving each child a way to add their own ideas to the ancient design.

Corinium Museum's original Seasons mosaic was found in Dyer Street, Cirencester. This 90-minute workshop connects that local discovery with a morning of making, with Roman art as the starting point for something personal.

The museum has disabled access, accessible toilets, baby-changing facilities and a wheelchair to borrow; ask staff if you need a quiet space. Old Station Car Park is about a two-minute walk away, and parking payment is cashless.

Ticketed. Booking essential.
