Christmas Robins Needle Felting

A handmade Christmas flock starts with three small robins

Spend a full day in Brush Studio learning how to shape three needle felted Christmas robins from templates. You will build each body, add its colours, wings and tail, then give the decorations their own character with details such as bells and greenery.

Fibre artist Sarah Richards will guide you through the process, drawing on more than 15 years of needle felting and a love of natural fibres. The workshop is designed for absolute beginners, and all materials and equipment are included, along with a take home kit for continuing your festive flock at home.

The workshop is for adults aged 18 and over, with Blend cafe serving refreshments until 4pm. Bring a lidded bottle of water if you like, but food is not allowed in the studio.

Brush Studio is on the first floor, reached by stairs or lift, and the venue has ramps, a ground floor accessible toilet and disabled parking. Leave with three finished decorations and the materials to keep making at home.
