Tour of the Stores

What is hiding in the museum stores?

This behind-the-scenes tour opens Corinium Museum's reserve collections at its Resource Centre in Northleach. The collections team will cover objects from prehistory to the 1950s across stone, costume, pottery, rural life and social history.

Expect everything from scythes and hoovers to Roman mosaics, carved stone, medieval tiles and horse collars. The team will explain how the stores work and the local histories held in the objects.

The Resource Centre is separate from the main museum in Cirencester, so check the Northleach address before setting off.

Ticketed. Advance booking available.
