Nailsworth's twice-yearly stop for secondhand bike parts

Scott Chalmers has been running this jumble at the town hall since at least 2024, usually twice a year, and the format hasn't changed: sellers book a trestle table, buyers turn up with two hours to work through whatever's on offer. It's a smaller, local alternative to sites like eBay for parts that are easier to see and handle in person than to judge from a listing photo.

Expect a working mix of secondhand frames, wheels, groupsets, tools and general cycling kit, much of it cleared out of sheds and garages rather than curated for sale. Restorers hunting a specific part sit alongside people just after a cheap winter bike or spares.

Arrive close to the 10am start if you want first look. Two hours goes quickly once the tables start emptying.
