About this event
A department-store Santa says he is the real Father Christmas, then has to defend that claim in court. This screening is the original 1947 black-and-white Miracle on 34th Street, with a U certificate and a running time of 96 minutes.
The film starts promptly at 7.30pm, with no adverts or trailers. Choose your seat with care: the back two rows may have a slightly interrupted view of the top of the screen.
Row A has step-free access and two wheelchair spaces, which need advance booking; the other rows involve steps. Contact the box office ahead for support-dog places in the front row, discounted carer tickets or parking assistance, as there is no dedicated disabled parking. Children under 16 must come with a responsible adult.
Parliament Street Car Park, opposite the police station, is about a five-minute walk away and is free in the evenings. Arrive with time to settle in before Santa makes his case.
Ticketed. Book accessible places and any assistance in advance.
