Discos for Grown Ups: 70s, 80s & 90s Disco Party at The Sub Rooms

Dust off the disco glamour for three decades of dance music

The Sub Rooms gets a pop-up disco built around 70s soul and disco, 80s pop and 90s dance classics. Stage dancers, mirror balls, balloons, lights and lasers set the scene for music by Human League, Donna Summer, Chic, ABBA, Erasure and Faithless, with glow sticks and retro sweets included.

Wear your disco glamour for this 18+ standing dance event, where seating is subject to availability. Last entry is at 8pm, so plan to arrive early rather than drop in late.

VIP tickets add priority entry, a light-up disco pack, a merchandise discount and first choice of available seating. Check your ticket tier for entry arrangements: the venue advertises doors at 6.30pm, while the booking page identifies that time as VIP early access.

The venue has level or ramped front access, a lift to the Ballroom, an adapted ground-floor toilet and hearing loops; confirm arrangements for the event room when booking. Stroud station is about a two-minute walk away and nearby bus stops are closer still, useful if you want to leave the car at home.

Ticketed. Check the booking terms before committing: tickets are non-refundable.
