Crochet Next Steps Workshop

Ready to move beyond the basics?

If you already know your way around a crochet hook, this small-group workshop is designed to help you move on from the first steps. Held in Lechlade Craft Barn's stone barn, it combines shared demonstrations with time to work at your own pace.

You will explore how to read patterns and charts, understand crochet abbreviations and stitch symbols, and translate between US and UK stitch terms. The session also covers colour changes, Puff Stitch, V Stitch, new granny squares and working a round into a square.

The group is capped at five, with space to share current projects and ideas for what to try next. Yarn, tea and coffee are included, but bring lunch and your crochet hooks; the barn is reached by external stone steps with handrails and may not suit everyone with mobility issues.
