Cirencester Half Marathon

Run past St John Baptist and through Cirencester's green spaces

The Cirencester Half Marathon starts and finishes in the Market Place, with a 13.1-mile closed-road course through the town and surrounding countryside. Runners pass St John Baptist Church, historic streets and green spaces including Abbey Grounds before returning to central Cirencester.

Entries include chip timing, water at halfway and the finish, on-course marshals and medical support, plus an event village with music, refreshments and toilets. Race numbers are posted in advance, making this a well-supported town-centre race with local landmarks along the way.

A closed-road course through the town centre will mean traffic restrictions, but the organiser has not yet published the final parking or road-closure plan. Check the organiser's race-day instructions before travelling.
