WorkshopNO IDEAS BUT IN THINGS WRITING WORKSHOP
Friday 16 October
📍 Stroud

About this event
Spend a full day learning how a small looped pouch takes shape from paper yarn. Polly Pollock covers the practical sequence from making a simple mould and getting started to building the body, joining the materials and finishing the piece.
She will bring examples and samples of looped basketry to study and photograph as you work. All materials and equipment are provided, the session is for adults of all abilities, and you will need to bring a packed lunch.
The workshop is part of the Textile Study Group's UNmaking exhibition programme at the Museum in the Park. The museum has step-free access and accessible parking, while the main free Stratford Park car park is about 260 metres away along a gently sloping tarmac path.
Ticketed. Booking required.
