Wire Art Christmas Wreath Workshop (Ground Floor Pavilion)

A festive wreath with wire foliage and a pop of colour

Join guest tutor and wire artist Laura Milne to shape a contemporary Christmas wreath from different gauges of wire, adding bead berries for colour and optional festive wire lettering. No experience is needed, and the session is suitable for beginners aged 16 and over.

The five and a half hour workshop covers sculpture techniques, joining wire, lettering and tool use at basic to medium levels, with all materials and tools provided. Tea and coffee are included, but bring a packed lunch for the day.

Laura's wire sculpture takes its inspiration from nature, particularly flowers, giving you ideas for foliage and bead berries around the wreath. The Pavilion is a ground floor accessible venue with free parking alongside, so you can concentrate on shaping the wire and finishing your own design.
