The Upbeat Beatles

A Beatles journey from the Cavern to Abbey Road

The Upbeat Beatles bring a full live tribute to the Fab Four to Chipping Norton, tracing the music from the early Cavern days through Beatlemania, the American breakthrough, Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road. The theatre describes a show built around close harmonies, energetic musicianship, narration and a full multimedia presentation.

The current production also highlights period-correct instruments, vintage amplification and detailed costume changes, with songs including "She Loves You", "A Hard Day's Night", "Help!", "Hey Jude" and "Come Together" listed by the theatre. The published running time is 2 hours 10 minutes, although the page does not say whether that includes an interval.

There is one listed performance at The Theatre, with tickets currently available through the organiser page. Nearby free long-stay parking is available, and the venue provides step-free access to the stalls through the Spring Street bar door, with wheelchair spaces held for each performance.
