The Old Prison Ghost Hunts With Haunting Nights

The Old Prison in Northleach has been locked up since 1922, but Haunting Nights unlocks it after dark for six-hour paranormal investigations that run from 8pm to 2am. Built in 1792 as a House of Correction, the building's cells, courtrooms, chapel and cellar have reportedly never quite fallen silent.

Guests explore the building alongside experienced mediums and ghost hunting equipment, with sessions including Ouija boards, glass divination, table tipping and psychic séances. Wailing voices in the solitary cells, shadowy figures in corridors and unexplained cold spots are among the reported encounters.

Tickets are £49 per person. Strictly 18+ only. Wear warm layers and flat shoes there's no lift and it's a long night.
