WorkshopAround the Table XL IX
Saturday 17 October
📍 Cirencester

About this event
This hands-on Cirencester History Festival workshop marks 50 years since LS Lowry's death with a short introduction to his naive style, followed by demonstrations and tuition from local artists Liney Hill and Heather Teather. You will work in acrylics towards your own Lowry-inspired painting, with all materials supplied and all abilities welcome.
The afternoon is part of the festival's Learn & Do programme, with the focus on making rather than simply listening. It is intended for ages 15 and over, approximately, and Watermoor Hall has level access from the car park and an accessible toilet. Parking is limited onsite, with the festival also pointing to Watermoor Road, Trinity Road council offices at weekends and Forum Car Park.
Ticketed. The event is sold out, but the festival says places sometimes become available through its waiting list.
