Three Days at Stroud Brewery for Its Biggest Birthday Yet

Twenty years of Stroud Brewery, and the anniversary festival spreads across the full weekend — three days, three completely different energies, two stages, and enough going on to fill a week.

Friday opens at 4pm with a grassroots rock night: Samba Band on first, then punk, hardcore and shoegaze building to Broken Jaw headlining. Over on the balcony from 6:30, Latina Ballroom takes the space with DJs, drag acts and full club energy running until midnight. The Night Market opens at 7 in the loft — vinyl, art, food traders, late-night wandering. £10 on the door includes a free drink.

Saturday is the main event: 11:15am to 1am, two rooms, Stanton Warriors headlining a main stage that moves through afrobeat, live hip-hop, UKG and jungle across the day. The balcony becomes the Valley Steppas Sound System from 3pm — a full reggae and dub takeover with MCs running all the way to closing. £15 advance.

Sunday is free. The car boot sale starts at 10am, live music from noon, circus skills and kids' entertainment through the afternoon — it's the kind of close that gives everyone who missed the weekend a reason to show up anyway.
