Make Your Own Silver Bangle

Shape a silver bangle from the first hammer mark

Charlotte Duckworth leads a full day of beginner silversmithing at New Brewery Arts, using hammers and stamps to add texture, tapers and splays to the metal. You can finish the piece as a soldered bangle or leave it open as an adjustable cuff.

All tools and materials are provided, so the useful preparation is practical: bring an apron or clothes that can get dirty and tie back long hair. The workshop is for adults aged 18 and over, and ideas or sketches are welcome but not required.

New Brewery Arts has lift and ramp access, a ground-floor accessible toilet and disabled parking nearby. Sheep Street long-stay car park is about a five-minute walk from the venue.
