Twenty-Five Sports and Nowhere to Sign Up

Cirencester Rotary Club turns the Kingshill School playing fields over to sport for a day, and the idea is simple: try things you'd never normally get near, with no membership, no kit list and no fee.

Archery, fencing, karate and laser shooting sit alongside pickleball, indoor curling, circus skills and gymnastics, with specialist coaches running accessible and inclusive sessions throughout the day. Giant inflatables cover the younger end, refreshments and catering keep everyone going, and Cirencester Town Council, Cirencester Kingshill School and Cirencester College back the day alongside the Rotary Club. Money raised on the day goes toward the club's sports bursary scheme, which helps young people who couldn't otherwise afford to take up a sport.

Turn up not knowing what you're good at, leave with a new hobby.
