Dobunni Exhibition: Saturday

A gallery day where the poems are made while you wait

Dobunni Exhibition brings visual art and hung poetry to The Yard Gallery for a free, drop-in Saturday during the Dobunni Poetry Festival. Alongside the exhibition, Jonny Fluffypunk appears as the festival's Dobunni Bard, typing an instant poem while you wait and helping visitors make a zine.

The exhibition itself runs from 12 to 17 October, but the instant-poetry and zine-making strand is advertised only for Friday 16 and Saturday 17. It is a useful festival stop if you want to browse the art and poetry without booking a timed performance, with the show tied to the festival's interest in Stroud, landscape and Dobunni heritage.

The Yard Gallery is in Withey's Yard, just off Stroud High Street, at 55 High Street, Stroud GL5 1AS. Stroud is reachable by train, bus or car, with council car parks in the town centre; event-specific access, seating and age or content guidance are not stated, so check before travelling if those details matter.

Free entry. No ticket needed; simply come along.
