Curiosities & Cabaret: The Witching Hour

A market by day, cabaret by night

On Halloween, Lansdown Hall hosts a two-part event. From 11am to 5pm, the alternative market brings gothic art, witchy wares, handmade oddities and mystical readers together with themed entertainment and fancy-dress prizes.

The hall then becomes an adults-only cabaret for ages 18 and over, running from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with burlesque, drag, comedy and live music. The organiser promises immersive interactions and a secret twist, but its page contains an 11am versus noon conflict for the market opening, so check before setting out.

Free entry to the market. The evening cabaret is ticketed.
