The Prince Albert on Rodborough Hill does this every year and it's reliably one of the best weeks on Stroud's calendar. Five days of real ale, cider, and live music in one of the best pubs in Gloucestershire.

Twenty-five beers, a handful of refreshing ciders, and a different act every night — Shanty Bants on Thursday, Boss Morris on Friday, the Trouble Notes and Johnny Clash on Saturday, Ragstone on Sunday. There's even a literary twist with author Sam Reid discussing his new book alongside journalist Jude Rogers.

It's the kind of festival that doesn't need a field. Just a great pub, great beer, and great company.
