Autumn Sound and Craft at Berry Farm

Pause with sound, then make an autumn wreath

Gentle breathwork and meditation lead into a long rest with singing bowls, voice and other instruments at this evening workshop. After the sound bath, you will make a small autumn wreath with Bethan Rees and Claire Bowcock.

The 15cm wreath uses lasting materials in seasonal colours and can go on a wall, door or table. All craft materials, mats and props are provided, and no previous experience is needed. With parking on site at Berry Farm, it is a chance to spend an evening resting and making something to take home.
