Around the Table XL IX

Clear the table for a full day of games

Around the Table supplies a broad selection of board games, and regular players can bring a favourite from home. All ages are welcome, although anyone under 18 must come with an accompanying adult.

Tea, coffee and cake run through the day, while all-day ticket holders can sit down to a cooked meal between 5pm and 6pm. Tell the organisers about dietary requirements when booking, bring lunch for earlier in the day and note that this is an alcohol-free event; evening-only tickets do not include the meal.

There is also a Bring and Buy table for complete games in good condition, with sellers responsible for labelling and collecting anything unsold. Ten per cent of the proceeds goes to The Long Table, so a clear-out can do some good as well as make room on the shelf.

Ticketed. Booking required.
