Isobel and Jim Kimberley make the kind of folk music that sounds like it's always existed — traditional songs with close harmonies that sit somewhere between the English folk revival of the 1960s and something much more timeless.

They're a husband-and-wife duo with serious credentials: toured with The Albion Band and Dave Swarbrick, played Celtic Connections and Sidmouth Folk Festival, and their 2024 album "The Shape of A Year" made both Folk London and The Daily Telegraph's best-of lists.

Long Table Lates is The Long Table's own live music night — doors and bar at 7pm, support at 7:30, The Kimberleys on at 8:30. Tickets are a tenner, or pay-as-you-can from nothing if money's tight — the revenue goes towards The Long Table's food equality work, so you're eating and drinking for a good reason.
