Swing Jive - Tetbury: Beginners

A gentle way into swing jive

The 7pm beginners class breaks Swing Jive down step by step, with footwork influenced by rock 'n' roll and Lindy Hop. It is aimed at complete novices, and you do not need a partner because the class rotates.

Jim Hannaway and Lin Hooper keep the atmosphere relaxed while dancers build confidence and learn a few tricks. Wear comfortable clothes and smooth-soled flat shoes; the Goods Shed has a free long-stay car park nearby, although it is shared with other visitors.

Paid class. Pay on the door by cash or card.
