Stour Singers Christmas Concert

Four works by Isabella Leonarda for a different Christmas programme

Stour Singers pair four works by Isabella Leonarda with Marc-Antoine Charpentier's Messe de Minuit. Leonarda's Domine ad adiuvandum me, Ave Regina Caeli, Gloria in excelsis Deo (Op. 10, No. 1) and Magnificat (Op. 19, No. 10) sit alongside Christmas carols with audience participation.

Alex Silverman conducts, with Rachel Bird accompanying and musicians from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Accompanied children are admitted free, so the programme offers a chance to hear the choir with younger listeners too.

St Edmund's has level access through the main door and a hearing loop covering the nave and lady chapel. Town car parks are a short walk away; contact the venue before booking if you need specific access arrangements.

Ticketed. Book online or buy on the door; accompanied children attend free.
