Six Courses from the Heel of Italy

Puglia is the long southern stretch of Italy that produces more olive oil than any other region in the world and makes wines that spent decades getting blended into French reds before anyone started paying attention. CRAMPi is paying attention.

Hosted by Gianluca Austin-Rizzo, the evening runs to a six-course tasting menu paired with wines from the region — guided tasting throughout, with conversation about the vineyards, the growing methods and the producers behind each glass. It is a proper dinner, not a masterclass with food on the side.
