Copper foil stained glass — the Tiffany method — is the technique that allows you to work with smaller, more intricate pieces than traditional leaded glass. Lechlade Craft Barn's regular tutor Sharon of Maybug Studio runs this beginner-friendly day at the Memorial Hall Pavilion in Lechlade town.

The day covers glass cutting, applying the adhesive copper tape, burnishing and fluxing, soldering, finishing and polishing. You'll work through a practice piece first, then complete your final design — a copper foil suncatcher you take home at the end. All materials are included, as are tea, coffee and biscuits; bring a packed lunch. The venue is ground floor with free parking, over-18s only.
