About this event

Fifty Years of Painting, Rediscovered

K B (Ken) Hancock spent decades working from a studio in Tetbury and a base in France, quietly building a body of work that earned him an invitation to the Paris Salon in 2002 and an associate membership of La Société Nationale des Beaux Arts — before largely disappearing from public view.

This exhibition at the Goods Shed draws on work from his studio spanning the 1970s to 2014: tranquil countryside scenes, impressionist landscapes, semi-abstract paintings and marine work.

Open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am–4pm. Free admission throughout the run.

Free entry.
