Castle Combe is already one of the most photographed villages in England. Come May, the race circuit just up the road becomes home to one of the finest steam and vintage rallies in the West Country supporting Jessie May Children's Hospice at Home.

The 38th show promises working steam engines, traction engines, vintage tractors, classic vehicles, and collections that take years to build. It's the kind of event where you'll find yourself spending twenty minutes talking to someone about a 1930s threshing machine and genuinely enjoying it.

New attractions each year keep regulars coming back, and the circuit setting gives the whole thing a scale you don't get at a village fete.

Dogs welcome on a lead. Food on site. A brilliant family day out in one of Wiltshire's most beautiful corners.
