Ben Miller in Conversation at the Corinium

Best known for Death in Paradise and Armstrong & Miller, Ben Miller has spent the last few years writing — and his new thriller has brought him to the Hare Gallery at the Corinium for an evening that starts with drinks and ends with a signed copy if you want one.

Miller is joined in conversation by Dave Musgrove of History Extra for a Q&A from 7pm. The evening raises funds for the conservation of the museum's newly acquired Iron Age hoard — more than 160 Dobunni silver coins, plus rare miniature shield and spearhead votives — so your ticket is doing something useful beyond a good night out. Drinks are served from 6:30pm, the conversation starts at 7, and Miller has agreed to stay on for book signings afterwards.

Tickets are £15 for Friends of the Corinium Museum, £20 for non-members — available through the Friends' own store.
