ComedyAllo Allo 2: The Camembert Caper (Friday Performance)
Friday 27 November
📍 South Cerney

About this event
South Cerney Players bring Rene Artois and the familiar Cafe Rene characters back to the village hall for a wartime French farce. Rene is caught between British airmen, Resistance schemes and German demands, while identical camemberts conceal cash, forged notes and a bomb.
Edith, Mimi and Yvette are drawn into the latest complicated scheme in this stage sequel to the BBC comedy. Choose the Thursday performance for an evening of mistaken identities and increasingly desperate efforts to keep the cafe running.
Book ahead with South Cerney Players, as availability is limited. If online tickets sell out, the organisers say there may still be tickets at One Stop Store on Broadway Lane, where payment is cash only.
The hall has accessible toilets and wheelchair-accessible alternative entrances, while the main barn entrance has steps. Parking directly outside is limited; Silver Street offers another approach with a short walk down School Lane, and the hall can advise on the access route.
Ticketed. Book through South Cerney Players.
