Birdland Park & Gardens

Birdland Park & Gardens is a nine-acre wildlife park on Rissington Road in Bourton-on-the-Water. Penguin Shore has King Penguins and viewing areas above and below the water, with public feeds scheduled at 11am and 3pm. The wider park has aviaries and riverside habitats, keeper-led encounters, and the Jurassic Journey trail with dinosaur models and fossil digging.

The park opens year-round except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Most paths are level tarmac, with some gravel and grass; accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility are provided. General tickets can be bought online or at the gate. The separate Feed the Penguins experience requires advance booking and participants must be at least ten. Children need adult supervision, and animal talks can change for welfare or weather. Nearby paid car parks can fill quickly during busy periods.
