The Old Northleach Prison: Paranormal Investigation

Investigate the cells after the visitors have gone

Cauldron Paranormal takes guests through the old police station, court rooms, cellar, exhibition areas, cells and outdoor spaces for a six-hour investigation. Experienced team leaders use ghost-detecting equipment and debunking techniques, with guests investigating alongside them; paranormal activity cannot be guaranteed.

The former House of Correction was designed by William Blackburn and built in 1792, and is Grade II* listed. Snacks and drinks are included, with free parking and disabled spaces at the entrance.

The event is for ages 18 and over, with no alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping or naked flames permitted. The organiser advises against attending when heavily pregnant and warns that hazards and building conditions can limit access to some areas.

Seating is not guaranteed, so consider a camping chair and contact Cauldron Paranormal about access or standing difficulties before booking. Cameras and recording are subject to the briefing and the consent of those recorded; footage is for personal use unless the organiser permits sharing.

Wear clothing suited to the weather for the outdoor parts of the site. Arrange a safe journey home or overnight stay for the 1:30am finish, the six-hour format gives you time to investigate the different rooms.

Ticketed. Book through the event page and read the terms first; customer cancellations are non-refundable.
