A Murder at the Amdram Meeting

The setup is beautifully self-aware: a local amateur dramatics group gathers for a meeting, someone lays out a typical English living room, and then somebody gets murdered. Whether it's the detective work or the light supper that draws you in, KADS have built something with more wit than your average whodunit.

The Little Willey Murder is written by Ian McCutchen and performed over two nights at Kingswood Village Hall. Audience participation is part of the deal — prizes on offer for correct guesses — so it's worth paying attention from the start. Doors at 7pm, show at 7:30.
